Following a wildfire that destroyed all the farms on the hill, Dusty (Josh O'Connor) has lost his home. Set amongst the beautiful valley landscapes of Colorado, the cowboy finds himself moving to a trailer community to begin rebuilding his life whilst carrying the aching loss of his beloved ranch. Amongst the long silences and quiet stillness of Max Walker-Silverman's script, Dusty shyly rekindles his once-strained relationships, bonding with his daughter Callie-Rose (Lily LaTorre), and finding solace in his new neighbours as his first true feeling of community blossoms in the wake of tragedy.
