In Oregon in 1959, a group of pubescent boys journey into the woods to find a missing boy but bring their own personal trials with them. Many viewers will have nostalgia over watching this film - which is itself about nostalgia for childhood. Director Rob Reiner brings his irreverent touch to the comedic scenes (notably the tale of the eating competition) but also brings the best out of his exceptional young cast.
